Dysfunctional EU channels migrants to Germany – "Fundamentally broken"

Lack of cooperation between governments and dysfunctional EU laws facilitate the mass movement of illegal African and Middle Eastern immigrants to Germany, through EU countries such as Italy, Spain, and Greece.
