How to solve Europe's housing crisis?

In an interview with Riks Europe, Glen Hodgson of Swedish think tank Free Trade Europa warns not to copy Sweden’s overly strict regulation of the housing market, as this has created massive shortages of rental properties, badly hurting those in search of a home.
