Recently, Dr. Hilary Cass, in her capacity as Chair of the Independent Review of gender identity services for children and young people, submitted her final report and recommendations to the NHS.

The review criticized child transgender procedures, aiming to scrutinize NHS gender identity services for young individuals questioning their gender identity or experiencing gender dysphoria. The review emphasizes the importance of providing high-quality, safe, holistic, and effective care tailored to the needs of these individuals. It sharply criticized the transgender medicine industry targeting youth, maintaining that the evidence for gender medicine is built on “shaky foundations.”

Riks Europe interviews Josephine Bartosch, Journalist and assistant editor at The Critic about this. She also writes for Spiked, The Telegraph and The Times.
