At a RIKS Europe seminar in Brussels, jointly hosted with partners, Connor Allen discusses the responsibility of the European Union in the crisis of Europe’s car manufacturing industry, explaining how the troubles of Europe’s automotive sector are caused by the toxic trio of (1) overregulation, (2) protectionism and (3) excessive taxation that are badly hurting Europe’s most important industry.

Connor has been named as one of the “top 40” Brussels influencers by Politico. At the moment, he works in EU government affairs for a Japanese electronics company. Previously, he served as the EU government affairs manager of Honda Motor Europe.
