Pietro Fiocchi: The EU's "ideological" view on health harms Europeans

The EU has adopted a very ideologically informed view on how to tackle various consumption habits that are linked to cancer, such as tobacco usage. This causes the bureaucrats to overregulate and over-tax certain products, which instead only bolsters the illicit markets.
